Celebrate winter with a gallery of ice in Downtown Grand Rapids! Valent-ICE, one of many attractions during the 2021 World of Winter Festival, showcases over 80 ice sculptures all throughout #DowntownGR.
Join one of our guided World of Winter | Ice Sculpture Walking Tours led by Grand Rapids Running Tours to learn the icy backstories of each sculpture.
OR do a self-guided tour using our ice sculpture map HERE
Ice sculptures will be left out until they melt, as weather permits.

ABOUT THE WORLD OF WINTER FESTIVAL
The annual World of Winter festival is designed to take advantage of Michigan’s cold climate, provide interesting ways for people to enjoy the season and make Grand Rapids a better winter city - which makes Grand Rapids a better year-round city.
The 2021 festival happens through January and February and features a variety of FREE programming and activities for families and adults.
